Job Description
Account Manager
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the successful recruitment of top-tier engineering and tech talent. This role involves understanding client needs, sourcing and placing candidates, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and objectives.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job requisition to candidate placement.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, including offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to improve processes and achieve placement targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to clients.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Recruiter, or similar role in the recruiting or staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of engineering and tech roles and the specific skills required for these positions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
