Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to attract top talent.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of applicants.
- Database Management: Maintain an organized database of candidates and client information using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Offer Management: Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
- Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions to provide strategic advice to clients and candidates.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a staffing agency setting.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
