Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the industry.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value of our staffing services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless process for client engagement and candidate placement.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the staffing industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
